Opal is my newest full-body silicone doll, sculpted by me, Dawn Donofrio, and poured in platinum, soft blend silicone by Maria Lynn Dolls.
Opal (sleeping) will NOT be declared a limited edition at this time, but will be recast as needed, at my discretion, and could vary slightly with each mold. Opal (sleeping) has a slightly different arm pose than Opal Awake. The exact doll on this page is Artist proof #1 and was poured in beautiful soft blend silicone. She does NOT have arm armatures. This is the exact doll you will receive. She was painted and finished by me, Dawn Donofrio, and was professionally mono-rooted by Deanna Rahill. She has rooted eyelashes and her eyebrows are both subtly painted and slightly rooted.
This baby was at Deanna’s home when hurricane Ian ripped through Florida. Somehow she made it, and was able to come home to NJ safe and sound! Slept right through the whole thing! I am fortunate to have not lost her in the storm, and to be able to offer her to you.
