All orders are completed within the stated 3–12 week timeframe listed at the time of purchase. Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, order position may occasionally shift, but all orders are completed within this timeframe.
Tracking information is provided once your order is ready to ship. Individual progress updates are not provided.
Before shipping, you will receive a message or email with the shipping cost. Shipping must be paid before a label is purchased and tracking is generated. Shipping rates vary based on location and carrier pricing.
All dolls are inspected before shipping. If there is an issue upon arrival, it must be reported immediately with clear photos and video in good lighting.
Internal armatures are wire-based and are not guaranteed. Their longevity depends entirely on handling, posing, and use over time.
Custom orders are not available.
Support is only provided for blank dolls in the condition they were originally sold. Once a doll has been painted, modified, resold, or handled by a third party, it is outside of scope and cannot be evaluated or repaired.
Repairs for finished dolls purchased directly may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Repairs are not guaranteed and are dependent on condition, prior handling, and material compatibility. Ongoing or repeated repair requests are not accepted.
I do not offer repair services as a standard service and cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines.
